Executive Summary

Draconic Realms Creations (DRC) is an emerging New York-based digital communication, multimedia, educational-content, and creative-services business. Its purpose is to help independent creators, small organizations, students, community groups, and mission-driven brands communicate clearly, ethically, and creatively through accessible digital media, education, storytelling, and technology-supported services.

DRC is a practical self-employment path built on strengths in communication, media design, leadership, technology, training, and creative production. The first-stage plan is lean and service-led: build a professional portfolio, package a limited set of clear services, establish customer and referral relationships, secure paid work, and add scalable digital products over time.

Operations and Ethics

DRC uses a documented workflow: client intake; written scope and agreement; milestone-based production; quality review; final delivery; and follow-up. Written proposals or agreements define deliverables, timeline, revisions, payment terms, and responsibilities.

The DRC Digital Communication Law & Ethics Handbook guides operations. The business uses original or properly licensed material, protects client privacy, documents permissions, avoids misleading claims, discloses material AI use when appropriate, and uses accessible communication practices.

Management and Staffing

Eric Bryden manages client communication, strategy, creative direction, production, quality review, and business development during the startup stage. Contractors or partners are used only when specialized skills are needed or workload exceeds sustainable capacity. Future hiring will be gradual and supported by documented revenue and demand.

Financial Plan

DRC is in the startup and early-revenue stage and operates on a deliberately lean cost base. The revenue model is project-based services; repeat-client support packages; digital products such as guides and templates; creative-media and educational products; and future partnerships, training, and licensing once the core business is stable.
